Oakland Project

The house was riddled with hairline and larger cracks. Vines were power-washed and scraped off by hand; textured stucco patch and textured caulk was applied to all cracks; loose, chipping paint was scraped off wood, stucco and metal; and house was primed completely from gutters to foundation with tinted (grey) primer. House was top coated with industrial International Orange to match the Golden Gate Bridge color and a teal from Sherwin Williams to match and complement the view on many gorgeous evenings at sunset.
